Bayern Munich defender Andreas Ottl has hinted that he may be forced to have a look elsewhere as he can not be guaranteed enough playing time at star-studded Bayern midfield ranks.
22-year old Bavarian who is one of the few players of the first team raised in Bayern's youth academy, is tied with the German club until the end of the season, but has indicated that he may be ready to leave Bayern if he is not given enough games in the coming weeks. Ottl's chances of first-team football were diminished by the arrivals of several world class midfielder during the summer transfer market and it appears that Ottl has become surplus to requirements at the current Bundesliga leaders: "I want to know how the club's management view my future. I want to play and so we have to find a solution. It wouldn't be easy leaving FC Bayern, but if I don't get to play then I will, of course, start thinking about things," Ottl told Kicker.
