Arsenal are on the track for River Plate's winger Augusto Fernandez, claim reports in the Argentine press.
21-year old winger has been of the key players at River Plate this term and is heralded by many as a new hot prospect coming out from the famous River Plate's youth academy. Fernandez, to no surprise, has been likened to Lionel Messi by the Argentine press and the local media reports the transfer fee would be worth approximately 10 million euros.
Fernandez made 12 appearances in Apertura this term and scored one goal, but has not yet received a senior call-up. He has been closely followed also by several other European giants including Lazio and Real Madrid.
