Rangers skipper Barry Ferguson has revealed he turned down a chance to reunite with his former boss Dick Advocaat at Russian league leaders Zenit St. Petersburg.
Ferguson, who spent most of his playing career at Ibrox Park, revealed he received a tempting offer Russian side Zenit, but refused a chance to move to Russia as he believed settling in a different country could be a tough mission: "There was interest from Zenit, but I didn't even need to speak to them about it. I just knew moving to Russia wasn't for me," Ferguson told The Sun.
