Real Betis confirmed the signings of Ricardo, Marko Babić, Mariano Pavone and Mark Gonzalez - all four will be officially presented on Thursday.
The club announced the arrival of four new players on their website and have finally confirmed the signings of players who have been widely linked to the club over the last few months. Betis decided to postpone the official presentation until new coach Hector Cuper finally agreed to join the Seville club.
Betis has strengthened their ranks with Portuguese international goalkeeper Ricardo who is moving from Sporting Lisbon in a €3m deal, Croatian winger Marko Babić from Bayer Leverkusen, Chilean fullback Mark Gonzalez, who failed to settle at Anfield, and Argentine forward Mariano Pavone from Apertura champions Estudiantes who also became the club's most expensive newcomer, Betis paying his former club nearly 7 million dollars for his signature.
President of the club Jose Leon confirmed that with those four signing the squad for the new season is now complete.
