Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna are stepping up the chase for talented Argentine midfielder Mario Bolatti, despite the late interest from Portuguese champions FC Porto.
Deportivo are looking forward to refresh the team with 21-year old Argentine defensive midfielder Mario Bolatti who impressed last season in Argentine Apertura playing for Belgrano from Cordoba. Deportivo offered 1.5 million dollars for the Argentine U-21 midfielder and are in the pole position to sign the talented player, after it was reported that Porto's offer was approximately 300.000 dollars lower than Spanish bid. Belgrano financial situation hugely depends on this transfer, since the club is facing difficult financial problems and is allegedly on the verge of bankrupcy.
