Fabio Capello's future at Real Madrid remains in doubts despite winning the title as rumours in Spain suggest that Ramon Calderon already approached Getafe manager Bernd Schuster.
Bernd Schuster made himself available for Real Madrid this summer in case Spanish giants cut ties with Italian Fabio Capello, who only just won his second Primera Division title on Sunday. "I'm not making myself crazy over it but am just saying that I am ready to coach Real Madrid next season. I have been preparing myself for it for a long time and Real is definitely part of my planning,' he said. I am curious to find out what will happen in the next few days," Schuster said in an interview on the German soccer federation's Web site.
Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon refused to comment on Capello's future in Madrid, even though the Italian reiterated his desire to stay on the helm at the Spanish giants. Calderon, however, said that no decision has been taken yet and talks would take place later this week. Calderon approached Capello last summer after winning the presidential elections, but the pair split up later in the season, when Calderon hinted that Capello is going to stay at the club only until the end of the season.
