Former Italy star Christian Vieri has expressed his desire to return to the national team, even though the World Cup 2000 star announced his international retirement last summer.
34-year old forward born in Australia has made himself available to the Azzurri coach Roberto Donadoni and says he's desperate for a return to the national team: "My return depends solely on me. I think I am in a good shape recently and I hope coach Donadoni will count on me in the future. I want to prove that I can still play on the top level," said Fiorentina striker.
