The Sun report that Spanish Primera Division giants Valencia and Atletico Madrid are on the trail of Blackburn Rovers' rising star David Bentley.
23-year old forward has earned his first call-up to the national team after coming on in the EURO 2008 win over Israel this month. Rovers strikers has been impressive for Rovers in the Premiership, but might be ready to move to Spain, where it is reported that Valencia are considering launching a €14m bid for his services. Their Liga rivals Atletico Madrid are also rumored to be stepping up the chase for the talented striker and could be making a move already in January.
