FC Barcelona midfielder Deco is anticipated to announce his transfer to the Premiership giants Chelsea as early as this week.
The Portuguese international medio has been reported to completed the formalities and paper work in the next few days as he looks to join his former national team boss Luiz Felipe Scolari at Stamford Bridge.
Deco also had the option of joining his former FC Porto boss Jose Mourinho at Inter Milan but the 30-year old has decided to join Chelsea, according to reports emanating from Spain.
