Russia coach Guus Hiddink criticized England's tactical line-up and said English players are panicking after playing under pressure.
Guus Hiddink was the architect of Russia's win against England in Moscow, which widely opened the doors for Russia's progress to the group stages of European Championships. Even though England took the lead in the first half, Hiddink's men managed to overturn the score and notch the crucial win: "When you press the English they retreat to their penalty box just like a handball team. I was also happy to see four central defenders starting the match in the initial line-up. This made our job easier, because we were able to push Joe Cole deep to the backline. They were panicking when we pressed them hard and could not keep the ball in their possession," said Hiddink, who raised even more questions about Steve McClaren's tactical and coaching abilities.
