Former Valencia and Inter manager Hector Cuper will take charge of the struggling Seville which scarcely evaded a drop to second division in the end of the season.
Argentine coach will start his fourth post in Spain after agreeing a two-year deal with Primera Division side Real Betis. Cuper's career was going downwards since he left Inter and was also forced to resign as Mallorca coach two season ago following a poor run in the Spanish league.
A coach notoriously known for failing to win any silverware at the last step, already forwarded a shortlist of reinforcements ahead of the new season to the club chairman Manuel Ruiz de Lopera. Cuper recently rejected an offer by Serbian champions Red Star Belgrade.
