Portsmouth striker Lomano Tresor LuaLua is set for a surprise move to Greek champions Olympiacos.
LuaLua has flown to Athens to finalize his €4m transfer to Greek champions Olympiacos, while Portsmouth are stepping up the interest for Mallorca's Argentine winger Jonas Gutierrez: "Lua is a great player but he wants to move on. He wants a change. He wants to play in a role behind the strikers and he wants to move abroad. I've no doubt he'll go away and be a great player for Olympiakos. He will get to play in the Champions League there for them." Pompey boss Harry Redknapp told The News.
Meanwhile, Portsmouth are currently negotiating a deal for Mallorca's Argentine star Jonas Gutierrez, although his transfer might prove to be too difficult since Gutierrez has won only one international cap in the last year and is currently co-owned by Mallorca and Velez Sarsfield.
