Real Madrid defender Francisco Pavon looks certain to leave Madrid and is currently contemplating an offer by Greek champions Olympiacos.
Pavon's contract at Real Madrid runs out on the 30th of June and it is expected that he will not be offered an extension to the present deal. Defender raised in Real Madrid's youth academy, who made his worldwide fame in Florentino Perez's famous "Zidanes y pavones" policy, rarely appeared in Real Madrid first-team this season. Pavon sees no future in Spain after the arrival of German defender Christoph Metzelder and might be tempted into a switch to Greek giants Olympiacos that according to the reports in Spain already presented him with an offer. Getafe-born defender, who never fulfilled his potential at Santiago Bernabeu, is reportedly also a target of Premier League side Bolton.
