Argentine star Carlos Tevez looks set to leave West Ham United and seal a move to Premier League champions Manchester United.
Carlos Tevez is currently one of the most sought-after forwards in the market and has fueled the interest of several European giants, including Inter Milan, Liverpool and Real Madrid. Inter Milan recently failed to strike a deal with the forward due to his wage demands, while the player himself expressed a desire to stay in the Premier League. English media suggest that Tevez will soon join Manchester United and would be arriving at Old Trafford once the Copa America in Venezuela finishes on July 14.
A major obstacle to the projected move might be the mysterious contract Tevez signed at West Ham United, where it has still not been made clear who owns the rights to the player. The Hammers are currently embroiled in a legal dispute with his agent Kia Joorabchian after the club terminated an agreement giving the rights to any transfer fee for the player during transfer windows.
